Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture and shake off the excess.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan until hot, then add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown.

  4. Drain the excess oil from the chicken and toss with BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
