How To Make Freshii Fiesta Wrap Recipe

A delicious and healthy wrap, loaded with vegetables, beans and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup of cooked black beans
  • 1 cup of cooked brown rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of salsa
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together black beans and brown rice.

  2. Spread 1/4 of the mixture onto each tortilla.

  3. Add avocado slices, bell pepper slices, shredded carrots, cheddar cheese, salsa and sour cream onto each tortilla.

  4. Roll up the tortilla, tucking the ends in as you go.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
