- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and egg.

Mix well and form into 8 equal-sized balls.

Flatten each ball into a patty and season with salt and pepper.
