How To Make Denny’s Bacon Avocado Burger

A juicy burger topped with crispy bacon and fresh avocado, all served on a fluffy bun.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion (optional)


  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Form 4 patties.

  2. Grill or pan-fry the burgers to your desired doneness. Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.

  3. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  4. Toast the buns and assemble the burger with cooked patty, bacon, sliced avocado, and optional lettuce, tomato, and onion.

  5. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lemon juice. Spread the sauce on the top bun.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious bacon avocado burger.
