How To Make Bourbon Street BBQ Shrimp Recipe
A savory and rich dish of succulent shrimp in a bold bourbon BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of large shrimp, deveined and shells removed
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of bourbon
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add the bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, honey, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce has thickened.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.

Pour in the chicken broth and let cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens again.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
