Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 rib-eye steaks (1-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the bourbon, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Place the steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the steaks from the marinade, letting any excess drip off, and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  5. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
