How To Make Bourbon Street Jambalaya Recipe
A delicious and spicy Cajun dish with rice, sausage, shrimp, and chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb Andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add sliced sausage and chicken, sauté for another 5 minutes.

Stir in diced tomatoes, rice, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir in shrimp and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
