Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

  3. Whisk in flour until smooth.

  4. Gradually whisk in milk until fully incorporated.

  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  6. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

  7. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.

  8. Add cooked macaroni to cheese sauce and stir to combine.
