How To Make Chicken Fried Steak Recipe
Crispy and juicy chicken fried steak, perfectly seasoned and served with creamy gravy.

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) cube steaks
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

Dip each steak in the flour mixture, coating evenly, then in the egg mixture, then back in the flour mixture.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each steak for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.

Serve with creamy gravy
