How To Make Benihana Hibachi Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat up a large frying pan or wok over high heat.

Add 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms until tender. Set aside.

In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp of oil, and sear the chicken breasts until golden brown, season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil, sauté the sliced onions, zucchini, and carrots until tender.

Add back the cooked mushrooms and garlic, stir fry for 1 minute.

Add in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mix everything well.

Slice the seared chicken breasts and add them to the pan, mix with the veggies and rice.
