  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Bake pie crust according to package instructions and let cool.

  3. In a stand mixer, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy.

  4. Gradually mix in chocolate and vanilla.

  5. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth and glossy.

  6. Pour filling into crust and smooth out the top.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set.

  8. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
