Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Aunt Jemima Complete Pancake Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix and water. Stir until smooth.

Fold in blueberries gently, being careful not to overmix.

Spray the griddle or pan with cooking spray.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot surface.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form and the edges are set.

Flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
