Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg and coconut oil.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a ladleful of batter.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Repeat with remaining batter.
