How To Make Spinach & Feta Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Slice a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff each breast with the spinach and feta mixture, pressing gently to close the pocket.

Place the stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
