How To Make Ron’s Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Recipe
Juicy chicken stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Butterfly the chicken breasts and pound to even thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, sauté spinach, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and a pinch of salt and pepper in olive oil until wilted.

Remove skillet from heat and mix in feta cheese.

Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.

Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve hot.
