How To Make Recipe Spinach and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms

Delicious mushrooms stuffed with spinach and feta cheese.

Preparation: 15 minutes

Total: 35 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add garlic. Cook until fragrant.

  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in feta cheese.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Stuff mushroom caps with the spinach and feta mixture.

  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of stuffed mushrooms.

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
