How To Make Spicy Oven-Baked Chicken & Chips

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Pat the chicken breasts dry and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on both sides.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C).

Spread the potato wedges on the same baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Serve the spicy oven-baked chicken and chips together, garnished with your favorite toppings.
