How To Make Spicy Chicken & Avocado Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warmed through and pliable.

To assemble the wraps, spread a spoonful of sour cream onto each tortilla. Top with sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and sliced grilled chicken. Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from bottom to top to create a wrap.

Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately.
