How To Make Uno Chicken Parmesan Sandwich
A classic Italian favorite sandwich with a crispy chicken cutlet, flavorful marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

In another dish, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Place flour in another dish.

Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg mixture, and coat with bread crumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and spoon marinara sauce on top of each breast.

Add a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each, and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted and chicken is fully cooked.

Place each chicken breast on a sliced ciabatta roll and serve.
