  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 mini bagels, split in half
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, pickles, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Shape the chicken mixture into mini burger patties, about the size of the bagels.

  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

  4. Toast the mini bagels until slightly crispy.

  5. Assemble the mini chicken bagel burgers by placing a cooked chicken patty on the bottom half of each bagel. Add desired toppings, such as lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, or pickles. Top with the other half of the bagel.
