- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 mini bagels, split in half
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, cheese, pickles, etc.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
