Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toothpicks
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cooked bacon, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast to create a pocket.

Use a spoon to stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.

Secure the opening with toothpicks.

Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.

Add the stuffed chicken breasts to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the toothpicks before serving.
