How To Make Pan Frances
Pan frances is just another version of French toast with vanilla and cinnamon. It's traditionally eaten to celebrate the Epiphany.

Ingredients
- 2 bread, slices, preferably thick
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup skim milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Put the eggs, milk, vanilla, ground cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl and whisk everything until frothy.
- Dip one slice of bread into mixture, lift out of mixture, and place onto hot pan.
- Cook for approx 2 minutes, then turn over with spatula.
- Cook other side for approx 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Once browned on both sides, remove from pan & place onto plate.
- Enjoy!
