How To Make Lemon Ricotta Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
- -1 cup flour
- -2 tbsp sugar
- -1 tsp baking soda
- -1 tsp baking powder
- -1/4 tsp salt
- -3/4 cup ricotta cheese
- -1/2 cup milk
- -2 eggs
- -2 tbsp lemon juice
- -1 tsp lemon zest
- -1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk ricotta cheese, milk, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vegetable oil.

Combine both mixtures and stir until well combined.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and grease with cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another minute on the other side.
