How To Make Swiss Oats (Cold Oatmeal)
Prepare this cold oatmeal at night to have a healthy and delicious breakfast ready to go. It's also perfect for meal-prepping for all you busy individuals out there.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp reduced-fat milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon, or more to taste
Instructions

In a plastic container with a lid or a mason jar, combine oats, milk, honey, and cinnamon.
- Mix well and cover.

Place in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight.
