- 4 cups Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, and diced green bell pepper. Mix well.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
