
How To Make Spinach Artichoke Dip Cheesy Bread
Topped with spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and Parmesan, then baked until golden, this cheesy bread is a step up to the classic garlic bread.

Ingredients
- 16ozFrench bread,split lengthwise
- 8ozfresh spinach,washed and dried
- 2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 1large shallot,chopped
- 9clovesgarlic,chopped
- 6ozartichoke hearts,chopped
- 1½sticksbutter
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspblack pepper
- ¼tspcrushed red pepper
- 2tspfresh parsley,chopped
- 8ozmozzarella cheese
- 6ozParmesan cheese,shredded, divided
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large saucepan cook the shallots, olive oil, and spinach until wilted.

Add to small food processor with the garlic, artichoke hearts, butter, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Process until just combined.

Spread over the French bread evenly on both sides and put on a cookie sheet.

Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over both halves.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
