Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Slowly add the warm water while continuously mixing until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each piece into a ball.

Brush each dough ball with vegetable oil and cover with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough ball into a thin circle.

Carefully transfer the rolled dough onto the preheated skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear.

Repeat with the remaining dough balls.

Serve the Saboob warm with your favorite dips or fillings.
