Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the berries, sugar, flour, and lemon zest. Spread evenly into a 9-inch baking dish.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, and salt until crumbly.

  4. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the berry mixture.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
