Garlic Cheese Bread Recipe

How To Make Garlic Cheese Bread

This creamy and hearty garlic cheese bread will make your weeknight special. Slice bread topped with cheese and spices then broiled to a cheesy finish.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Total: 15 minutes



  • 1bread slice
  • 2tspunsalted butter,more or less, depending on the size of your slice bread
  • ½garlic clove,peeled and minced
  • salt
  • tspparsley,fresh, chopped
  • tbspmozzarella cheese,grated
  • ½tbspparmesan cheese,freshly grated


  1. Arrange oven shelf to about 8 inches away from heat element. Preheat broiler.

  2. Spray a small baking sheet or tray with cooking oil spray. Place bread on the tray and spread all over with butter, then spread on the minced garlic.

  3. Sprinkle evenly with salt, parsley, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.

  4. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
