How To Make King Crab Legs

These king crab legs have a meaty and briny taste, and heightened in flavor with a drizzle of lemon juice. Whip up a juicy serving in just under 10 minutes!

Preparation:
Cooking: 8 minutes
Refrigerate Time: 8 hours
Total: 8 hours 8 minutes

  • 32ozfren King crab legs
  • lemon

Instructions

  1. Defrost the crab legs in the refrigerator overnight for at least 8 hours.

  2. In the oven, preheat to 350 degrees F. Bake for 8 or 9 minutes.

  3. Squeeze some lemon on them, serve, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • Microwave: Put a wet paper towel in a large Ziplock bag with the legs and microwave on high for several minutes.
  • Steam: Fill a large pot with water, a steamer insert, bring to a boil, and steam legs for about 10 minutes.
