How To Make Apple Fritters
These apple fritters are a quick and easy dessert to fry up for the kids. You can even top them with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs eggs
- 2 tsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 5 pc apples, McIntosh or Granny Smith, medium
Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice the apples into ¼-inch rings.
- Put in bowl with lemon juice so they do not brown.
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Add the milk and butter. Mix.
- Pat the apple rings dry so dough sticks to rings.
- Make the dough stiff enough to dip the apple rings.
- Fry in canola oil at least ½-inch deep.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve.

You can sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the rings if preferred.
