Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, mix together bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.

Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners and scoop batter into each muffin cup.

Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow muffins to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
