How To Make Keto Beef Casserole Recipe
A low-carb, high-fat beef casserole perfect for those on a keto diet.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, stirring occasionally.

Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet with the ground beef and cook until the vegetables are soft.

Add the diced tomatoes, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir and let the mixture cook for a few minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beef mixture.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Pour the egg mixture over the beef and cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
