How To Make Creamy Cannellini Bean Pasta Recipe

A hearty, flavorful pasta dish filled with creamy cannellini beans, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

  • 12 oz. pasta
  • 2 cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.

  3. Add cannellini beans and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Add heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.

  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

  6. Drain pasta and add to the skillet. Toss until coated.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
