Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp pepper
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - Oil for frying
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - 
In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
 - 
In another shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and flour.
 - 
Dip each chicken thigh into the egg mixture, then coat it with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
 - 
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken thighs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
 - 
Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
 -
