- 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
-
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Grease a mold or a small dish with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the shrimp mixture into the mold and press down gently to even it out.

Refrigerate the mold for at least 2 hours, or until set.
-
When ready to serve, gently unmold the shrimp mold onto a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
-
Serve with crackers or toasted bread slices.
