How To Make Marshmallow Popcorn Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 cups of popcorn
  • 4 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the popcorn by popping 8 cups of popcorn and removing any unpopped kernels.

  2. In a large saucepan, melt 4 tbsp of butter over medium heat.

  3. Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows to the saucepan and stir until melted and smooth.

  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp of salt.

  5. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated.

  6. With buttered hands, shape the mixture into balls, pressing firmly to ensure they hold together.

  7. Place the popcorn balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to cool and harden for about 1 hour.
