- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 small onion

- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
