Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.

  2. In a blender, combine the tomatoes, carrots, celery, red bell pepper, cucumber, onion, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.

  4. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

  6. Serve cold and enjoy!
