How To Make Creamy Chicken Alfredo Recipe

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink in the center, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta in the creamy chicken alfredo sauce until well coated.

Serve the creamy chicken alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
