How To Make Garlic Bread Nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 4 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and melted butter.

  3. Place the garlic bread slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with the garlic butter mixture.

  4. Bake the garlic bread in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, then flip the slices over and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Remove the garlic bread from the oven and evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

  6. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove the garlic bread nachos from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and sour cream.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
