Sautéed Potatoes with Bacon Lardons & Persillade Recipe

How To Make Sautéed Potatoes with Bacon Lardons & Persillade

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped into lardons
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

  2. Add the butter to the skillet with the bacon drippings. Once melted, add the potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in the garlic and cooked bacon lardons. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
