Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.

Add cooked shrimp evenly over the cheese. Top with diced tomatoes, red onions, and jalapenos.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from oven and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole.
