How To Make Super Nachos

Follow these tasty nachos recipes for some not-so-ordinary appetizers. Layer those tortilla chips with beef, cheese, onions, tomatoes and a whole lot more! Mix and match the best ingredients with your nachos for a quick hunger buster.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of guacamole
  • 1/4 cup of salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the chips.

  4. Add another layer of tortilla chips on top and sprinkle the remaining cheese over it.

  5. Top the nachos with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, chopped green onions, and sliced black olives.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  8. Serve the loaded nachos with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
