How To Make Tofu & Vegetable Patties
Turning vegan may look challenging for some, especially for those who can’t turn their eyes away from meat. But they just haven’t found these sumptuous vegan recipes that even non-vegans will surely enjoy!
In a large bowl, crumble the tofu using your hands.
Add the chopped vegetables, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the tofu. Mix well until everything is combined.
Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick and 3 inches in diameter.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the tofu and vegetable patties with your favorite dipping sauce or in a burger bun with your desired toppings.
