Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, diced bell peppers, basil, chives, salt, and pepper.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared springform pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature in the pan.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully chilled.

Remove the cheesecake from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.
