Ingredients
- 1 pound calamari, cleaned and cut into rings
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Toss the calamari rings in the spice mixture until well coated.

Grill the calamari for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

In a separate bowl, mix together diced avocado, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.

Serve the grilled calamari with the avocado salsa on top.
