How To Make Spicy Calamari Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb calamari, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add calamari and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add bell peppers and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another minute.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
