How To Make Grilled Calamari Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb calamari, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions

Preheat a grill on high heat.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add calamari rings to the bowl and toss to coat.

Thread calamari onto skewers and place on the grill.

Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred and cooked through.
