How To Make Delicata Squash and Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe
A flavorful and nutritious dish with roasted delicate squash and sweet maple glazed salmon.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 delicata squash, sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Mix the maple syrup and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush with the maple syrup mixture.

Roast the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Toss sliced delicata squash with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on a separate baking sheet.

Roast delicata squash for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.

Serve salmon and roasted delicata squash together.
