How To Make Delicata Squash and Maple Glazed Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 delicata squash, sliced into rings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix the maple syrup and soy sauce in a small bowl.

  3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush with the maple syrup mixture.

  4. Roast the salmon for 15-20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Toss sliced delicata squash with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on a separate baking sheet.

  6. Roast delicata squash for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.

  7. Serve salmon and roasted delicata squash together.
