How To Make Calamari Skewers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of calamari (cleaned and cut into rings)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Thread calamari rings onto skewers.

  4. Brush marinade over calamari skewers.

  5. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
